Two ghost stories written by master writer, antiquarian, scholar, and medievalist M. R. James will be told by candlelight under the hammer-beamed ceiling of the old library at the Church of the Advent, accompanied by several medieval pieces sung by soprano Elise Groves. This event should prove to be a most convivial evening full of most pleasing terror.
